ORDERING

How do I get a trade account?

How do I order?

Our preferred method is via the website using your login details. You can also email sales@reynardfabrics.co.uk, or call 01423 867024. Please use product codes to avoid errors.

Can I amend my order?

Please call 01423 867024 as soon as possible and we will try our best to help. However, if the goods have already been picked and packed, amendments may not be possible

Do prices include VAT?

All displayed prices are exclusive of VAT, currently 20%

Do you do back orders?

No. If items are out of stock, please add to your next order

Are the colours on you site accurate?

We try our best to display true colours, but each computer/phone/tablet will show colours differently. Please order samples if exact matching is required.

Are weights accurate?

Fabric weight can vary ± 10%

If I need to add fabric later, will the colour be the same?

Not necessarily. Shades vary from batch to batch

Do roll/bolt sizes vary?

Yes. We display the most common sizes for each item, but this can vary by a couple metres.

Joins / Faults

Some fabrics are inspected in the UK, to enable us to keep faults and joins to a minimum.

Do you have wash test reports for every item?

The information provided by our manufacturers have not been testED by ourselves. We advise customers to test fabric prior to processing.

Do you sell fire - retardant fabric?

No, we do not stock fire-retardant fabric.

Can I collect my goods from your warehouse?

Collection is possible, by arrangement.

Can I visit your warehouse to browse?

Sorry no. You are not able to browse fabric in the warehouse.

Are all items on your website?

Yes

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made directly to our bank account. Details are at the bottom of invoices. Please quote your trade account reference. We do not accept card, PayPal or American Express.

Can I pay in Euros?

We do not accept Euro payments.

Do you take payments via your website?

We don’t accept payment via the website. Once your order is received, it will be picked and packed. A pro forma invoice will be emailed to you for payment

DELIVERY / RETURNS

How long does it take to dispatch goods?

We try our best to dispatch goods withing 1-2 working days

Where do you ship goods to?

We ship to mainland Great Britain only.

What are your delivery charges?

Orders up to £300 are £10.95 + VAT. Orders over £300 ex VAT, to one address, are free carriage. This is for mainland Great Britain only excluding Scottish Highlands and AB postcodes. There are additional courier charges for these Postcodes dependant upon each order.

Is next day delivery guaranteed?

Our couriers do not offer a guaranteed next day service, although the vast majority of goods are delivered the next working day following dispatch.

Can I return goods?

We have a 30 day returns policy. Please call us 01423 867024 to discuss. Goods must be in their original packaging. We will not reimburse delivery costs, and any return cost is at your expense.

My goods are faulty

In the unlikely event that you received faulty goods, please call 01423 867024 to discuss and we will endeavour to help resolve the issue.
